NEWS Nine More Boxes Of Classified Documents Seized At Office Of Biden’s Lawyer

Joe Biden has been stashing classified documents everywhere he goes, it looks like. Fox News has reported that nine boxes of documents were recently seized at the office of Biden’s attorney Patrick Moore in Boston. The National Archive first notified Senators Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley, both Republicans, of the matter earlier in the week.

The news channel states that “the Archives had not previously publicly disclosed the number of boxes taken from Boston. It had been reported that Moore had shipped boxes of documents from the Penn Biden Center to his Boston office before discovering the initial trove of classified documents at the Washington, D.C.-based think tank.

In response to questions by Johnson and Grassley in a Feb. 24 letter asking how and when the archives learned that records were transported to Boston, Acting Archivist of the United States Debra Steidel Wall responded the agency learned about it on Nov. 3, 2022.

‘When NARA [National Archives and Records Administration] contacted President Biden’s personal counsel on November 3, 2022, to arrange to pick up boxes from the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C., they informed NARA that Mr. Moore had moved other boxes from the Penn Biden Center to Mr. Moore’s law firm in Boston,’ the letter states.

In addition, the archives notified the Department of Justice’s Office of Inspector General on Nov. 4 that the documents had been moved. The documents were then picked up on Nov. 9 and were secured in the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library in Boston.

News of the new findings comes as Democratic Senator Mark Warner criticized the White House for refusing to show Congress what documents he, and Donald Trump, had stashed away and he’s using the renewal of a surveilance law as a stick to force the White House disclose what it’s hiding.

“The admonition, by Senator Mark Warner, a Virginia Democrat who is chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, came during a hearing on worldwide threats at which top national security officials urged Congress to reauthorize the law, which is set to expire this year,” reported The New York Times.

“The Justice Department has said that because the documents are evidence in open criminal investigations, it would be improper to share them with lawmakers. The Senate committee has argued that it has a right to see the materials as part of its oversight responsibility for the handling of classified materials.

The administration last week provided a limited briefing for the so-called Gang of Eight, a group of congressional leaders that included Mr. Warner and the top Republican on the committee, Senator Marco Rubio of Florida. But they were evidently not shown the files.

On Wednesday, Mr. Warner again insisted that the committee had a right to see the materials and called the administration’s position an absurdity that ‘doesn’t pass the smell test.’”

Biden’s refusal to tell the Senate what documents he had taken has raised eyebrows from both Republicans and Democrats. “Among the items from Joe Biden’s time as vice president discovered in a private office last fall are 10 classified documents including US intelligence memos and briefing materials that covered topics including Ukraine, Iran and the United Kingdom, according to a source familiar with the matter,” according to CNN.

The BBC summarized Hunter’s connection with Ukraine following the smoking gun evidence from the Biden crown prince’s “laptop from Hell.”

The president’s son had an “email from April 2015, in which an adviser to Burisma, Vadym Pozharskyi, apparently thanked Hunter Biden for inviting him to meet his father in Washington.

Hunter was a director on the board of Burisma – a Ukrainian-owned private energy company while his father was the Obama administration’s pointman on US-Ukrainian relations. Hunter was one of several foreigners on its board.”

President Biden has been one of Ukraine’s staunchest ally during its war with Russia, funneling hundreds of billions of dollars to the country and even choosing to take a trip to the war torn country last month rather than visiting the people of East Palestine, Ohio, as they struggled with a train derailment that leaked chemicals into the town’s water.

The president is so committed to Ukraine that he has bragged about the United States paying that nation’s government pensions, despite the United States Social Security Administration announcing that America’s safety net program would become insolvent over the next decade.
