Earlier in the month, New Conservative Post told the story of Ethan Haim, a whistleblower who was being targeted by the Biden Department of Justice after blowing the whistle on illegal sex changes being performed on minors at the Texas Children’s Hospital.
“Last year, Haim anonymously leaked evidence of the child sex-change procedures to conservative journalist Christopher Rufo. The documents revealed that Texas Children’s Hospital had continued running its transgender program, despite announcing that the program had been discontinued in accordance with Governor Greg Abbott’s 2022 directive equating such medical interventions with child abuse.
The Houston-based hospital was ultimately forced to stop its trans-medical practices after a state law took effect in September 2023, prohibiting drug and surgical “gender-affirming” interventions for minors,” wrote The National Review.
Dr. Eithan Haim blew the whistle on the Texas Children’s Hospital back in 2023 for engaging in gender affirming care that they had stated had been shut down. They lied.

Now, it looks like Garland and his gang aren’t done.
City Journal recently reported that Haim has not been the only whistleblower targeted by authorities. The FBI has also shown on up the doorstep of Vanessa Sivadge, a nurse who blew the whistle that the Texas Children’s Hospital had violated Medicaid laws in order to provide “gender-affirming care” to children.
“I work very closely with this provider, Dr. Richard Roberts. I’ve been in the room with him when he speaks with these patients,” she told me in an interview. “Dr. Roberts is extremely encouraging of their transition and will essentially do whatever he can to make sure that they are happy, at least externally happy. Because I am absolutely certain that they are not internally happy. He is very accommodating. He does whatever they want. Essentially, there is no critical analysis of the process.”
In Sivadge’s view, Roberts and other providers were manipulating patients into accepting “gender-affirming care.” When parents objected, the doctors bulldozed them, she claims. Some families, she believed, feared that the hospital would call Child Protective Services if they dissented.
Then, two months after I spoke with her for that story, Sivadge called me in a panic. The FBI had sent two special agents, Paul Nixon and David McBride, to her home. The agents knocked on the door, asked her about “some of the things that have been going on at [her] work lately,” and then asked to enter her home. She was terrified. (The FBI declined to comment.)
The agents told Sivadge that she was a “person of interest” in an investigation targeting the whistleblower who had exposed the child sex-change program. They told her that the whistleblower had broken federal privacy laws. “They threatened me,” Sivadge said. “They promised they would make life difficult for me if I was trying to protect the leaker. They said I was ‘not safe’ at work and claimed that someone at my workplace had given my name to the FBI.”
This is where we are now: The Biden Administration sent two FBI agents to intimidate a nurse who told the truth about the child sex-change program at Texas Children’s Hospital. The regime is mobilizing to threaten and imprison anyone who opposes “transgender medicine.” pic.twitter.com/XbtZVnp5Kw

When the FBI officers left, they wanted to make sure Sivadge and her family got the message: they could embarrass the family in front of the neighborhood if they wanted.

The FBI, the hospital, and federal prosecutors have joined forces to shut up the whistleblowers. While the video of the FBI’s visit to one whistleblower’s house was making the rounds on the Internet, the other received charges that could put him in jail for a decade.
Local outlets reported that the Department of Justice has accused Ethan Haim of accessing “sensitive patient data, such as names, treatment codes, and attending physician details, without authorization from TCH’s electronic system. It is alleged that Haim accessed this information under false pretenses with the intent to cause harm to the hospital.
If convicted, Haim faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000. The investigation was conducted by the FBI, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Tina Ansari is overseeing the prosecution of the case.”
Texas lawmakers aren’t taking the clear violation of rights by the Biden Administration sitting down, however.
Texas legislators are mobilizing to protect the Texas Children’s Hospital whistleblowers. It’s time for the state to protect those who tell the truth and to punish those who are enacting the barbarism of “gender-affirming care.” https://t.co/YTpt3QPnZ0

Texas Children’s Hospital has already begun to cover its track, according to Rufo.

USA Today noted that “Haim is not alone in his concerns about doctors participating in the treatment of minors struggling with gender dysphoria.
Recently, the National Health Service England said it will not prescribe puberty blockers as a “routine treatment” to children and other young people seeking gender transitions. The Cass Review, an independent, nearly 400-page report on transgender care suggested that providers slow down on drug treatments and found that the evidence supporting this kind of gender care is ‘remarkably weak.’
The American College of Pediatricians, a group of about 700 conservative medical providers, recently urged other medical professionals to cease intervening in the care of gender dysphoria on minors.
In recent years, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden have worked on placing new limits on hormone treatments for youth experiencing gender dysphoria.”
