Democrats in Arizona, according to some critics, have launched a move that would ensure that non-citizens can vote in elections for president, thus likely swinging the Canyon State’s crucial 11 Electoral Votes to Joe Biden.
Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes recently launched the state’s Election Procedures Manual (EPM) that will permit individuals whose citizenship cannot be verified to register as a “federal-only” voters, which will allow them to vote in the upcoming elections.
The Daily Caller spoke with an election expert and it seems clear that Democrats intend to ensure a repeat of 2020. In other words, if Democrats can’t win the vote of the electorate, they intend to change the electorate.
“An otherwise eligible registrant who does not submit DPOC (proof of citizenship) and whose U.S. citizenship cannot be verified via AZMVD records or other record in the statewide voter registration database is registered as a ‘federal-only’ voter. A ‘federal-only’ voter is eligible to vote solely in races for federal office in Arizona (including the Presidential Preference Election (PPE)),” the EPM says on page three of its first chapter.
Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at the conservative Heritage Foundation, told the Daily Caller he believes Arizona’s two-tiered voter registration system could enable illegal migrants to vote in the upcoming elections.
“I think it’s absolutely a possibility because if you aren’t requiring proof of citizenship, you’re simply going on people’s word that oh yeah I’m a U.S. citizen, you’re going to get aliens who register and who vote,” von Spakovsky told the Caller.
“The Justice Department, they don’t prosecute these cases, even though it’s a felony under federal law for an alien to register and vote,” he continued. “Aliens have an incentive, a voter registration card, which you get when you register, that’s a gateway for getting other kinds of ID.”
Our liberal “defenders of democracy” seem to only believe in democracy when it benefits their party.
In 2022, Biden’s Department of Justice sued the state of Arizona after Republicans passed a law requiring those registering to vote to prove their citizenship.
ABC News explained, “The lawsuit contends that certain restrictions in Arizona’s House Bill 2492 directly violate Section 6 of the National Voter Registration Act and Section 101 of the Civil Rights Act.
The Supreme Court previously rejected an effort by Arizona in 2013 to require its residents to provide proof of citizenship in order to participate in federal elections, though after President Joe Biden’s victory against Donald Trump in 2020 the state quickly sought to implement a similar mandate in passing House Bill 2492.”
“Arizona has passed a law that turns the clock back on progress by imposing unlawful and unnecessary requirements that would block eligible voters from the registration rolls for certain federal elections,” Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke said.
Voting without proof of citizenship “exploded” in Arizona once Democrats took over the state. About 1,700 people in Arizona voted in 2018 with a federal-only ballot. Two years later, the number grew to 11,600 individuals.
AZ Free News wrote in 2023 that the secretary of state’s office reported that it had received reports of more than 78,200 potentially invalid voters. The numbers included more than 1,300 individuals “who admitted to not being a citizen on a jury questionnaire”; and north of 23,600 people “who admitted to not being a resident of a county on a jury questionnaire.”
Earlier in the week, the world’s richest man, Elon Musk, raised eyebrows when he claimed that the White House is promoting hundreds of thousands of “migrants” to enter the country illegally every month in an effort to create a “permanent majority.”
Biden’s strategy is very simple:
1. Get as many illegals in the country as possible.
2. Legalize them to create a permanent majority – a one-party state.
That is why they are encouraging so much illegal immigration. Simple, yet effective. pic.twitter.com/B9M5ypUOQB

In 2020, Joe Biden “surprisingly” won the presidential election in Arizona. He became the only second Democrat to win the state’s presidential election since 1952, joining Bill Clinton in 1996.
