They’re seven words that should end the Biden presidency, and they have nothing to do with Hunter Biden, China, or the growing crisis happening on the border.
“Well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
That’s the main takeaway from Robert Hur’s report on the president’s mishandling of classified documents.
According to Fox News, “Special Counsel Robert Hur will not recommend criminal charges against President Biden for mishandling classified documents, according to his report after a months-long investigation into the president’s alleged improper retention of classified records.
Hur has been investigating Biden’s improper retention of classified records since last year. Those records included classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, among other records related to national security and foreign policy which Hur said implicated ‘sensitive intelligence sources and methods.’
‘We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter,’ the report states. ‘We would reach the same conclusion even if the Department of Justice policy did not foreclose criminal charges against a sitting president.'”
While this immediately looks like the two-tiered system of justice that Democrats love to participate in at work once again, it was Hur’s explanation for his decision to not charge him that revealed that Joe Biden should not be president.
Biden’s rapid mental decline served as the basis for not charging the president with a crime in which his main challenger, under similar circumstances, received an indictment.
Writing about the potential for convicting the president for mishandling classified information, Special Counsel Robert Hur argued that Biden is simply not mentally capable of committing a felony on purpose. The Washington Post explained: “To secure a conviction, officials would need to prove to a jury that Biden retained the information willfully.
Ultimately, the report said a jury would find Biden to be a sympathetic figure and ‘a well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.’
Hur said it would be ‘difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness,’ the report said.”
At one point during his interview with Hur’s office, he writes, “Mr. Biden’s memory was worse. He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended.”
The Trump campaign may have scored the biggest political victory since 2016. In effect, by charging Donald Trump for a crime that they also said Biden was not mentally fit enough to commit deliberately, the president’s own Department of Justice has declared that the sitting Democratic president is not fit for office while validating Trump’s own mental standing.
Biden clearly realized it because he held an emergency press conference in which he immediately confused Mexico and Egypt.

Besides the damning report about the president’s mental fitness for office, Hur also revealed that Biden has been lying about how and when he turned over the classified documents and the nature in which they were stored.
Biden told reporters in January 2023 that he “immediately” turned his classified documents over to the archives and DOJ. In 2023, the president said, “We found a handful of documents were filed in the wrong place” when he was questioned during a tour of the damage from storms in California. “We immediately turned them over to the Archives and the Justice Department.”
This was not truthful.
The report states that “In a recorded conversation with his ghostwriter in February 2017, about a month after he left office, Mr. Biden said, while referencing his 2009 Thanksgiving memo, that he had ‘just found all the classified stuff downstairs.’ At the time, he was renting a home in Virginia, where he met his ghostwriter to work on his second memoir. Downstairs from where they met was Mr. Biden’s office, where he stored his papers. He moved out of the Virginia home in 2019, consolidating his belongings in Delaware–where FBI agents later found marked classified documents about the Afghanistan troop surge in his garage.”
The report revealed how the important documents were stored.

The report caps a week of bizarre comments and missteps that have revealed that Joe Biden likely does not have the capabilities to be president. Joe Biden’s “senior moments” are getting are getting scarier and scarier.
Who are you going to believe? Robert Hur, your lying eyes, or Jill Biden?
